Terms of Service

By creating an account and using MusiTrip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Tourism agencies and event organizers must provide valid business registration information.

MusiTrip provides a platform connecting tourism agencies with event organizers. Tourism agencies receive exclusive 2-month early access to events. Event organizers can list and manage events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Tourism agencies are subject to annual subscription fees. Event organizers are charged per approved event listing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Reservations are subject to approval by platform operators. Tourism agencies may reserve seats during the exclusive period. All reservations are subject to the event organizer's cancellation policy. MusiTrip is not responsible for event cancellations or changes.

All content on MusiTrip, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MusiTrip or its licensors. Event organizers retain ownership of their event content but grant MusiTrip a license to display and promote their events on the platform.

You agree not to use MusiTrip for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, accounts, or systems.

MusiTrip is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of MusiTrip after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
